If you are unable to attend our event as a vendor, you can still have a presence at the event by advertising in our Souvenir Program or on our website. Click here for details.
Some returning vendors have begun making improvements on their booth spaces. If you wish to invest in permanent improvements in your space, contact management to negotiate an agreement.
Vendors who do not have an agreement will be assigned to spaces to avoid conflicts and concentrations of similar vendors whenever possible.

Do you have an act, band, or show that you feel may be a good fit for Steampunk November? We are always looking for talent to fill the main stages, smaller performance spaces, and even in the lanes. Send in a proposal for our consideration.
Steampunk November relies on a fantastic group of passionate volunteers. Not only do they work hard during the festival. They often dedicate their time throughout the year to the construction, maintenance, and expansion of the grounds, promotional work at other local events, and much more . This truly is a labor of love for many. On site work is typically done on the weekends and some tasks, depending on our needs, may be done at home in your spare time. Most volunteers are given free passes to the event.
Advertise in our annual Souvenir Program. Programs include the next episode of our ongoing story as well as list all of our entertainers, sponsors, vendors, the schedule, the map, along with room for vendors to promote their businesses in advertising spaces.

All ad space is black and white. Ads and payments must be submitted no later than October 23rd . Ads must be submitted electronically in .jpeg, .gif, .img., .psd, .pdf or .bmp format

Steampunk November welcomes the support of all who would like to contribute. Steampunk November is a labor of love for so many people, but we need supplies to put that labor to work.
